    Check Specific Processing Matters

  • We can handle employees that are paid a salary, hourly, or those employees that are paid both a salary and hourly wage in the same pay period.
  • We can handle bonuses and other options for your employees.
  • We can keep track of per diem, travel and other related expense options.
  • We will keep you updated on the rules that apply to all your payroll matters.
  • You can set each employee to be paid on whichever frequency you wish. Weekly, By-Weekly, Monthly, By-Monthly, Quarterly, or otherwise. In such cases taxes would be deposited when due.
  • Handle insurance related deductions. You can set up each insurance deduction as a pre-tax deduction, or post-tax deduction
  • When it comes to insurance, you can determine if the employer pays for the insurance, the employee pays for the insurance, or both.
  • Handle all types of deductions. Some examples include Red Cross, and United Way. Payment for this is a separate check as these agencies would be paid the amounts when they taken out from the checks. For example, an employee wants to take out money for say a church. Just let us know, and we can set this up and ensure that a separate check is made out to the church.
  • Mileage reimbursements. Calculate this income while calculating your payroll. The details will print on the employee's check stub.
  • Customize your rate for each employee.
  • Calculate income based on sales or other methods.
  • Commission based sales or piecework calculations for payroll.

  • Distribute hours for each employee by percentage, hours worked each pay period, or even allocate their wages after creating the paychecks. In doing so, for example, you could distribute by Department including, Management, Sales, General Labor and otherwise. These are only 3 such examples.
  • Accrue sick and vacation time on a monthly, per pay period, per-hour-worked or annual basis

    Other Related Payroll Matters

  • Provide employee reports, including employee earnings, check register, deductions register, plus many more reports. There is an unlimited amount of reports.
  • Assist with any audits involving worker's comp. or payroll which are normal. Provide files and otherwise to better work in such matters. We do charge fees for audit work. Currently they are set at $35.00 an hour. We also charge a travel-time charge of $35.00.
  • Import data directly to programs such as QuickBooks and PeachTree.
  • Import Hours from Time Clock Files and Spreadsheets.
  • Easily modify check numbers, or void and delete checks whenever necessary for you to do so.
  • Direct Depositing of Contractor or Employee payments.
  • Checks have detailed paystubs. 2 Per check one for them and one for your files showing all necessary information including year-to-date information and otherwise. Notes on stubs are limited in most cases.
  • Easily recall previous payrolls.
  • All the checks we print are approved under Check 21 procedure.
  • MICR encoding for ACH clearing house, by banks.
  • No need to provide checks. We print checks on Blank Check Stock.
  • Direct Depositing of Employee Checks to re-loadable cards, Checking, Savings, etc.
