This area deals with General Data Entry and Reconciliation. Reconciliation may include bank reconciliation, reconciling of credit cards and other accounting types of reconciliation duties. 

Generally it is about entering information from source documents into your accounting system. This system can be manual or can be one that is electronic. Such as with Excel or QuickBooks Accounting Programs, for example.

The source documents can be provided to us in person, by us picking them up. If you are not located within the immediate Portland, Oregon Metropolitan areas, including Gresham, Beaverton, and others, then they can be either mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us.

After all data input is completed, we reconcile the accounts to prove them. This ensures that there are no errors in the books or in the statements so that all things match and add up as they should.

Turnaround times will depend on what needs to be done. It can be less than a day, or more.
