MERCHANT TRUST ACCOUNT AND STATEMENTS
We
accept either text based ads (we will format to our specifications and
inform you of how many letters you may use for the ad) or Full Banner
Ads that conform to the
size and other specifications in the Directory. We may at our convenience accept other types of ads or links for other site pages, but are not obligated to do so. We are under no obligation to provide placement for any adds or links. We are under no obligation to include adds or links on our home pages or in the footer pages or the margins of any pages on the site, or on any other page of the site, but may do so as we feel is just and meets with our internal review standards. We may deny adds or links when we feel enough merchants or advertisers are currently listed on our site.
We service clients
in more than 25 percent of the United States
and are continuously growing and in process of opening up new locations with plans for others. Most of our business
clients are decision makers so we believe that your exposure in this
directory or on our website is a valuable resource to those clients and others who visit
our site.
Most of our clients
are businesses that work in most every conceivable field. As a prudent firm,
we do not guarantee anything except to say your exposure in the directory may be well worth the money you spend as we will continually
improve this directory as time goes on.
The directory and any advertising on our site is
secondary to our business so we are under no obligation to advertise this
Directory or accept any ads or links and otherwise for placement on our site. We may however, and most likely will, as the situation warrants,
mention the site and directory on other pages of this site, in our emails, in our letters,
or note it with other forms of advertisement we undertake.
We merely provide this Directory and other advertising mediums including text based and other types of advertising as a convenience to our site visitors and clients.
Failure to provide
all relevant information that we request for site inclusion will result in denial until
such information is provided. Even so, we are under no obligation to accept any
directory request for any listing or request for other linking or ads, if it does not meet with our internal guidelines and standards.
All listing requests
should keep in mind that this is a financial website and we may either
choose or not choose to accept a listing or ad as we deem appropriate to our
visitors. If a listing or ad placement, is turned down, we will explain the reasons and
give you the opportunity to revise it at that time if necessary. No payment will be required until your placement of ad or listing has bee approved and has shown up in the directory. Failure to make payment for the services invoicing according to our billing policy, will result in immediate cancellation of listing placement as well as removal of any ads or links.
MERCHANT TRUST ACCOUNT AND STATEMENTS
All listing and advertising fees will be placed in trust for any repayment if necessary. Fees will only be deducted from the Trust Account on the day the new-listing month begins. In example. Merchant paid for November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008. Merchant has been listed in the directory from November to December 31, 2007. The trust account would show a balance of 10 months of unused payments. Once a month is billed, the trust account will be revised for the payment for that month and the Merchant sent an invoice on the matter showing 1, current months payment from trust and 2, balance remaining in the trust account.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROVISIONS
A merchant may cancel their account at any-time after the first 2 months. Once an ad or link has been placed on our site and a merchant billed, they will be required to pay at least for the first 2 months of service at the current advertising billing rate. Once a month is billed for, no refunds will be given for that month. For example, Merchant believes advertising is not working out for them, after 2 months they decide to cancel and have been listed on the site for 2 months and 5 days. If the merchant had paid for a year's service, the refund to the merchant would be the remaining 9 months kept in trust. All cancellations will result in a immediate payment within a 2-week period after BC Business Services, Inc. has been duly informed of the cancellation. To prevent fraud and otherwise, for all paying merchants, all refunds will "always" be made payable in the name of the Merchant. Cancellations must be received by the last day of the month to be effective.
A request received on the 1st day of the month will render cancellation the following month. In example. Merchant wants to cancel. Request received by BC Business Services, Inc. on the 1st day of the January to cancel. January will be billed for. All cancellations must be made in writing to the companies email and include the customer code that has been given. In cases where the code has been forgotten, cancellation will be considered valid only by direct call to BC Business Services, Inc. at 208-343-5147 and speaking to a representative of the Corporation as to cancellation provisions. To prevent fraud or misuse, No other cancellations will be valid.
LISTING DENIAL PROVISIONS
If we deny a listing
placement we will relate why the content was not appropriate for our
site visitors and you may file a written appeal for placement at that time to our email at Info@bcbsinc.com. We will respond to all appeals within 2-weeks and either inform you of our ongoing decision to continue to deny any placement, or submit you an invoice by way of Paypal for the listing fees.
Any placements for adult and sexual related materials
will not be considered for inclusion, as well as sites related to
personal products or services unless such content is some way relates
to business related products and services. Even so, we are under no
obligation to include a listing and may do so at our convenience based on our internal criteria for site advertising inclusion. We
will respond to every request as we see fit based upon utilizing the contact
information you have provided which should include a current email address.
To provide a relative example, though
a merchant may sell lingerie, as well as other personal products we will not deny placement based on the fact that the merchant deals with
such items. We will however not allow a link to click-thru
to it, mention it, nor have banners that reference it as well. In such
case, the merchant will have the opportunity to revise the ad or
link they wish to have placed, to ensure that it is appropriate for our site, its visitors, and
those merchants that list under this directory.
If a link changes or redirects to inappropriate material, at a later date, the link will be immediately removed and the merchant informed at the earliest possible time.
REGULAR SITE MONITORING
We regularly
monitor all links to ensure that they
continually meet with our internal standards and may remove them at our
leisure for any violation that we deem inappropriate to our site visitors.
A merchant
will be provided with an explanation of why the listing was removed or
the link disengaged and given an opportunity to revise the link. The merchant will be given a credit for future site inclusion for any monies paid during the time the link is in a removed status.
We are a firm based
on ethics and to the best of our ability, though we may not endorse or
approve of any company listed within this directory, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that all directory listings are from reputable companies,
that may offer our clients or visitors services and products, our clients or visitors will not find offensive, and to
ensure quality standards of professionalism for all merchants who list.
DIRECTORY LISTING RATES
Our current rates
for inclusion of a full-banner ad or link in the Business Directory is $10.00 per month, per listing, and 25.00 per month per Banner ad. with
1-year payable in advance (a listing is considered to be one impression
of your add or link and information on the page under one category
listing). Additional listings will be charged the same. The listing
time will start once the link or banner is placed and run for a
continuous 365 days unless it is in violation of those standards above. This section is subject to our 'Advertising Rates Section' and other relevant sections of the Firms Billing Policy and will include a fee of $5.00 for Paypal invoicing on every invoice. Late fees may apply on past due accounts as well as other provisions. Please refer to the Firms Billing Policy for relevant details. For any other advertising, please contact us. Please make sure you provide the Information outlined below.
LINK EXCHANGE REQUESTS
If you wish to exchange links, we will be more than happy to do so after review of your linking information. Please send us the appropriate email and contact information, including any linking information, to us at Info@bcbsinc.com and we will include the link in our Directory at the earliest possible time after review or send you information as to why the link is not suitable for site inclusion. For required information that we need from you, please follow those standards of Information outlined below. Once your link has been placed, failure to include our link, within a reasonable amount of time, or within two (2) weeks, after a merchant has been contacted about including our link on their website, will result in removal of the advertiser's link from our directory.
PROFESSIONALISM AND STANDARDS FOR PLACEMENT INCLUDING MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITIES TO MAINTAIN ADS
We may or may not endorse
nor recommend any companies in this Directory. There is no guaranteed
placement in the directory and it comes on a first come first
serve basis. All directory placements will be in alphabetical order unless we determine that for presentation purposes a listing is more appropriate in another order.
To maintain
uniformity in our directory, a professional appearance and otherwise,
our Firm may, at times, at our convenience, change the placement of ads
or links as we see fit, but we will not revise the wording without
approval from a merchant.
All banner ads will be the responsibility of
the merchant and we are under no obligation to create them or revise them.
All links
provided will be the responsibility of the merchant and if any changes
are necessary, it is the responsibility of the merchant to ensure that
we are properly notified of those changes so that appropriate
hyper-linking may result. Even so please allow up to 7 days or more, for the
changes to take place.
Although we are under no obligation to do so, to maintain professionalism, if we should come across a link or banner ad, in our normal review, that does not seem to work, or may not continue to work, we will do our best to contact any merchant listed for link revision and otherwise. We will provide the merchant in our contact with any and all relative information that we have about the issue. In such case where the link does not work, we will remove any hyper-linking to maintain professionalism for the merchant. We may also during the time, indicate that link is currently under construction while we are attempting correction with the merchant.

Write a brief
description of what your company does, and list which category(ies)
you wish to be listed under.
Once we have reviewed your link and website, we will respond with any information about payment or otherwise.
Once payment has been made, in such case for a paying merchant, please allow up to seven (7) days for your link or add to show up on our site.
After a link has been placed, we will inform all merchants of the placement. If we are trading links, we will place our link and then inform the merchant and provide the merchant with our relative information and link for their site.
You may suggest the category you want your link or banner to be listed
under. If you do not see one listed, we will do our best to place it in
the most appropriate category or create one.
NON-COMPETE AND NON-INCLUSION PROVISIONS
No sites, without our authorization, will be
admitted for inclusion within this directory or on our website if they compete directly
in the fields that we service including payroll companies, accounting
type of companies, tax type of services, business services (we will review for competing content and make our decision and give reasons for non-inclusion if that is the case), or
registered agent types of services. Or if they deal with adult or
personal service type of areas (ie: dating sites, pornography, and
otherwise).
